We want you to be happy with your Trimoryn purchase. If you are not satisfied, please read the policy below.
Eligibility
Refund or replacement requests must be raised within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Non-Refundable
Shipping charges, opened bottles (unless defective), and promotional or free items are not eligible for refund.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a free replacement.
